How the refund applies
- Only orders in the coopop.bike online shop from Oct 21 to Dec 13, 2026, in your name. Purchases at dealerships do not count.
- Not applicable to financing or installment payments. If you purchased in installments, you are still in the drawing for the SG as normal.
- Not applicable to returns or cancellations.
- The refunded amount is the vehicle price stated on the invoice, excluding shipping and accessories, up to a maximum of €2,990. We will pay after your return period has expired. You keep your vehicle.
A purchase is not an entry and does not increase your chances. Please sign up below in any case. The order deadline for delivery before Christmas is Dec 17.
